John is responsible for the delivery of technical and senior appointment recruitment services across defence, electronics, aerospace, pharmaceutical and IT industries. His specialities include retained search, permanent, contract and interim placements.

Rebecca provides practical commercial advice to employers on contentious and non-contentious matters including drafting contracts, business protection provisions, advising on complex grievance and disciplinary matters. She regularly defends employers in employment tribunals including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.

Abigail Maino, Associate, Employment, asb law LLP

Abigail provides employment advice to a variety of corporate clients. She has extensive experience in a wide variety of employment matters including contracts and atypical working arrangements, restructures and business change processes, TUPE issues, including service provision changes, and grievance and disciplinary support.
